APRIL 2021 SUNGLASSES COMPETITION - optometry@cooroy

2.       To be eligible to enter the Competition, each entrant must:

a.       Be a patient at our Cooroy practice,

b.      Have made and attended an optometric consultation in the month of April 2021.

c.       Like and Follow us on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/OptometryAtCooroy and maintain these for at least the month of April 2021.

3.       The prize is a pair of Bill Bass sunglasses of the winner’s choice up to the value of $150. Should the sunglasses chosen be valued at under $150 the balance will not be paid to the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded.

4.       Should the winner not be able to visit the practice to pick up the prize this can be mailed to the winner at their own cost.

5.       The winner will be notified by phone, email or SMS.
