Our range of frames

Whatever your requirements, our extensive range of fashion frames includes models to suit most tastes whether your style is colorful contemporary or minimalist modern, conservative traditional or somewhere in between.

Due to our optometrists’ interest in behavioural optometry and paediatric vision care we also have an extensive range of children’s frames for all sizes and budgets.

Our lenses & extras

There are many new, and we feel exciting, developments in spectacle lens technology.  Lenses can be made thinner and lighter than ever before. There have been further improvements in light sensitive lenses so that they darken and lighten more quickly and more effectively. The latest multifocal lenses can be individually designed for your specific needs.

While scratch-resistant coatings are standard on all our lenses, we also highly recommend anti-reflective coatings to reduce glare and reflections allowing optimal lens performance and improved appearance. The newest anti-reflective coatings are far easier to clean and are extremely hard-wearing.

As independent optometrists we are free to source our spectacle lenses from the best manufacturers available in Australia including Carl Zeiss—Sola, Essilor and Hoya Lens Laboratories.

Advice & Service

Our optometrists and staff can advise you on the best type of lenses for your needs and help you select a frame to enhance your appearance.

Once you have your new glasses, please feel free to return to see us at regular intervals for complementary frame adjustments and cleaning.

Spectacles

Contact lenses are a popular and convenient option for those wanting good vision without spectacles. For full-time wear, part-time wear or only occasional use, for sports, social occasions and holidays—contact lenses are an ideal alternate to spectacle wear for individuals of all ages.

Whether you are shortsighted, longsighted, astigmatic or presbyopic, we will usually be able to provide you with a lens to suit your lifestyle and budget.

If you’ve always wanted to try contact lenses but weren’t sure if they were for you, or if you’ve tried before without success, this just might be the time to try again.

New Technology

There has been much development in the area of contact lens technology in recent years with many new lens materials and designs coming onto the market.

There are materials which provide high-oxygen transmission (up to 6 times that of traditional daily wear soft lenses) allowing longer wearing times without compromising eye health.

We deal with most contact lens types, and have a reputation for being patient and thorough. If you require anything particularly unusual however, we will not hesitate to admit our limitations and will refer you to the appropriate practitioner.
